We bid farewell to 2020 with all the drama that came with the year. I am excited to offer cooking classes again with hopes that the COVID lock down is behind us.
I will share what I know and enjoy making this with you in the following classes (Please note, more classes will be posted this week) :
Don't see any class that fits your need or the dates don't work? Get 5-8 friends or family members together and we will design a private class to suit you and your dates.

Class fees are $150 per class
Maximum number of participants = eight.
If too few participants have registered, the class will be cancelled.
If you need to cancel, please do so up to one week prior to the class date to allow others on the wait list to attend.
Class will be cancelled on extreme weather warning days or if health restrictions are in place. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
Aprons and knives are provided in class. If you have your favourites, please bring these along.
It is best NOT to schedule another activity soon after class as quite often class goes over time limit and you are welcome to see the food garden and composting methods after class.
